TerraKlay products are MADE IN INDIA by people, not factory made. We prioritize working with women artisans who have been working in their craft for generations. We are also partnering with differently abled young adults by supporting their vocational education for a sustainable livelihood possibility.
Our products are durable, sustainable and ethically made with each ingredient being 100% natural and safe for you and the environment--made from premium quality cotton, fine wool, and upcycled banana fibers, and colored with natural plant dyes.
To protect your purchase - and our environment - we wrap each piece with a minimal amount of packing material. We are committed to recycling, reducing plastic, and using eco-friendly wrapping.
The majority of our COTTON and WOOLEN fabrics are hand dyed which can vary slightly from dye lot to dye lot as it is a natural fiber and done manually. A very subtle variance in dye lots is something we celebrate. We call it “imperfect perfection.” We hope our clients enjoy the impeccable quality, hand-feel and hand crafted element.

We offer a $10 flat rate for domestic shipping under $100. Shipping on orders above $100 is free. (Does not apply to WHOLESALE ORDERS or out of USA)
At the moment we ship within United States and Canada. If you're located outside the US, then send us an email and we'd be happy to work on a solution together.
We will determine the most efficient shipping method for your order. The carrier that we use most often is USPS, but we may also ship via UPS and FedEx Ground. In-Stock orders will ship within 3-5 business days.
We hope you will love your Terra Klay products. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the order upon approval.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping on the original order will be deducted from your refund.
However, if the product is defective in any way, we will cover the cost of inbound shipping.
Before returning your item please send an email at email@example.com to let us know to expect it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
