Please inspect your order immediately. If an item arrives damaged or is the incorrect product, email us a photo and description of the product and package within 48 hours. We will prioritize a repair or replacement for you.
Following an inspection to verify the item is undamaged and in its original state, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee and original shipping costs. Please allow your bank 5–10 business days to process the credit.
