We will process your standard shipping online order within 5-7 business days, given all items are in stock. As soon as your order leaves our hands, you will receive tracking details in your inbox.
We ship by UPS and USPS priority mail, enabling you to track your order. At this time we only offer ground shipping. We offer FREE shipping for all orders above $150 and above, within United Sates. Some products are excluded from Free Shipping even after the threshold it meet. This is indicated in the product listing.
Orders will usually arrive within 2 weeks. Shipping time varies across the country. We ship products out twice a week. Since we are a Illinois-based company, shipping within Mid West might only take a few days. Shipping to California or Texas might take closer to a week. We will try to contact you if we foresee your package taking longer than two weeks. If you are in a rush, please email us and let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Packages are shipped via traceable UPS, USPS or FedEx carrier. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships out. If you want an update on the whereabouts of your order once shipped, please check your tracking number or contact the carrier directly.
