Since last summer I have been working with tribal artisan women in North East India to showcase their handmade black clay pottery to audiences here in the United States. You can read about them at www.TerraKlay.com.
Terra Klay now has the opportunity to win a 25K FedEx Small Biz Grant! You can help by voting once per 24-hour period through April 5th. The more excitement and participation we can drum up, the better our chances of making it into the final rounds.
I was hesitant at first to reach out, but realized this was a fun way to stay in touch and also keep you informed on the progress of both the contest and the work these women artisans are engaged in to keep a traditional craft alive.
