HOW TO ORDER:

Please email us at info@terrakly.com with your organization information to create a wholesale account with us. On confirmation you will be able to view our wholesale pricing. 

STOCK:

We are taking only Pre-Orders at the moment. 

WHOLESALE PRICING:

All prices are listed in US dollars. All wholesale clients will receive between 40-50% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Our trade clients (interior designers, architects etc.) will receive 20% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. We will cover 50% of the shipping costs via USPS for any domestic orders over $500. 

OPENING ORDERS:

A minimum order of $250 is required on opening orders. Initial orders for new accounts 50% must be paid at the time of ordering and the other 50% before items are shipped out. We will contact you with your order total and a digital invoice.

RE-ORDERS:

$150 minimum order is required for re-orders. If you are one of our returning vendors and wish to pay within 30 days of your order, let us know and we will update your invoice. Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee for every 14 days past due.

CHANGES TO ORDERS:

Any changes to orders must be emailed to info@terraklay within 48 hours. Any cancellation may be subject to a 20% stocking fees. 

DELIVERY & SHIPPING:

Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, however please wait till mid August for your order to ship. Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. Your preferred carrier may be used if you you let us know and agree to assume any additional transportation charges.

NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS:

All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.

DAMAGES / DEFECTS:

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us at info@terraklay.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Defective merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 14 days after receipt.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.

CONSIGNMENT:

At this time, we are not able to do consignment.
